Colossians 3: 13-14 (NIV)

Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:13-14 says


1. I must be Committed to God.


2. I must be Commited to my Spouse.

• Spend time together

• Laugh together...a lot


A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 17:22 (NIV)

• Guard your mind

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things. Philippians 4:8 (NIV)
